The brief.

Cisco's network Digital Twin product. End-to-end product ownership from MVP through to customer delivery.

The problem.

Network operators making changes to large estates need to test the change before deploying it. Lab environments are expensive and never quite match production, so most changes ship with risk that can't be priced in.

What I did.

Owned the product end-to-end. Defined the scope, drove the engineering roadmap, worked with early customers to validate the design, and unlocked the path to production deployment.

Outcome.

Shipped to enterprise customers across Cisco's South Asia book.
